Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of any product for any reason other than the following limited exceptions:

• Verified carrier damage reported with photographic documentation
• Incorrect item shipped (item received differs from item ordered)
• Missing items from a confirmed order

All claims for the above exceptions must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery to brandon@expresspeptideco.com with supporting documentation. We reserve the right to require return of incorrect items before issuing a replacement or credit. Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
