A registered account is required to purchase products from Express Peptide Co. By registering an account, you agree to the following:
5.1 Registration Requirements
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- You must be at least 21 years of age
- One account per individual customer; creating multiple accounts is prohibited
- You must use a valid email address that you own and monitor
5.2 Marketing Consent
By creating an account and providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Express Peptide Co, including but not limited to:
- Product announcements and new arrivals
- Promotional offers and discount codes
- Educational research content and newsletters
You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting brandon@expresspeptideco.com. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect transactional or account communications.
5.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, misrepresentation of age or qualifications, or any other conduct we deem detrimental to the Company or other customers. Account termination does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations.
